Here’s a precious mother and son picture in the hospital. We came home last Sunday (8/21) afternoon. At 10 days old, he’s weighing in at 10 lbs. 1 oz., which is great since babies lose up to 10% of their birth weight in the first couple of days, but should gain it back by about 2 weeks after birth. It’s amazing the difference a week makes too. The learning curve feels pretty steep, but a few days and nights pass (who can tell the difference) and things begin to even out a little.
