In perhaps the madest March Madness ever, the Methodist March Blogger Madness (hosted by ESPN) presents the following awards:
First place: Andy Stoddard, who has the distinction of having one of only two brackets that picked a Final Four team correctly. In recognition of his great run through the tournament, we are proud to present Andy the prestigious 2006 MethoMarBloggerMadnessBall Trophy. Congradulations Andy!
Second place: Brad Stapleton.
Third place: Gavin Richardson.
Honorable Mention: Rich Jones. Though back in the pack tied for 7th, Rich was the other person to pick a Final Four team (UCLA).
Thanks to all the competitors. See you in the blogosphere and in next year’s tourney.
i’d like to thank my family for teaching me that third place was just fine for me. being number one only means that everyone is now looking to knock you off the top, being second means you get the criticism of number one withouth the spoils.. third is just alright with me
have you seen “Meet the Fockers” where Ben Stiller is embarrassed by his Dad’s wall of fame that includes an 11th place ribbon at Hebrew camp? that was hilarious.
I’m pinning my 17th and 20th place ribbons on the office wall with pride.
i haven’t caught that one. but that is hilarious a true average person!
Wow! I don’t know what to say. . . You like me, you really like me. I’d first like to that Jesus, and John Wesley. Wow. I’m sticking this on the wall, baby!

Couldn’t find your email so I will catch you here. Thanks for leaving a note on my blog. Not really sure how it got on the list and not sure anyone will get much out of it. I really use it for myself and for communication with the college students, but whatever! Shoot me an email sometime! tcraig@asburytulsa.org.
that’s funny. you didn’t get any awards. ?!?!
you will have to try harder next time.
yeah, that is funny…thanks for noticing…
my reward is knowing I helped bring people together. ;-)
