I’d like to become more aware of my strengths and weaknesses in order to appropriately weight my time and energy in ways that allow my natural talents, disposition, and strengths to take the lead and in ways that minimize energy spent working within my weaknesses by developing better strategies for addressing those tasks and functions in the teams I work with in the Church at various levels–local congregation and annual conference.
