temptation and french fries vs salad?

Just saw this, but as a preacher, there’s an illustration in here somewhere. A study showed that giving people a healthy option on the fast food menu—a side salad—actually produced more purchases of the least healthy options than without the healthy option listed on the menu. 

Wonder if this applies to other sorts of choices? Moral? Spiritual/religious? Vocational/Career? Hmm.
